We have two homes in South Carolina: one in Greenville (just 20 minutes from Downtown Greenville and GSP Airport), and one in Pendleton (just 12 minutes from Clemson University). Exact addresses are shared after booking confirmation.

Check-in: 3:00 PM — your access code goes into effect at this time.

Check-out: 11:00 AM — your code will deactivate at this time unless prior arrangements have been made. Our cleaning team arrives shortly after, so we appreciate your cooperation with on-time departure.

Both homes feature self check-in with smart locks — no need to coordinate a meeting. Your unique access code will be sent to you on the day of check-in. A signed rental agreement is required before codes can be assigned.

Yes. After booking, please provide a photo ID and your email address so we can send you our Rental Agreement for e-signature. Your signature is required at least 48 hours before check-in. We cannot approve your reservation or provide access codes without completing this step.

Yes! Both homes are pet friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required for up to 2 dogs (automatically added at Airbnb checkout). If you didn't select pets during booking but plan to bring your dog(s), please let us know — we'll send a fee request. Pets are not allowed without prior approval, and we ask that pets stay off furniture and beds.

The Greenville home hosts up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The Clemson Pendleton Retreat hosts up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms — perfect for larger groups.

We provide one towel set per guest — body towels, face towels, and separate pool towels. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste. If you need extra linens, just ask!

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, and cooking utensils. We also provide spices, a toaster, and a coffee set. The Clemson home also includes a gas grill with one propane tank.

Yes! A Pack and Play and a high chair are available at the property. Please note that crib sheets are not provided — if a Pack and Play is a necessity, bring your own sheet.
